Hopper Trailer
Hopper trailers are enclosed bulk trailers with sloped, funnel-shaped compartments that discharge material through gates in the bottom, letting gravity empty the load into a pit, auger, or conveyor without tipping the trailer. They're built in aluminum for maximum payload and steel for durability, in tandem, tri-axle, and Super-B configurations, with two or three hoppers depending on how much separation the load needs — and covered tops that keep product dry and contained in transit. Fleets use them to move free-flowing dry commodities: grain, oilseeds, pulses, fertilizer, seed, feed, cement, lime, sand, and plastic pellets. That makes them the backbone of agriculture — farms, grain elevators, and terminals — along with fertilizer and agri-retail, food and feed processing, and the construction and industrial sectors hauling dry bulk materials.
